I have chosen to sell direct to my readers as it is a win-win for readers and me. Readers pay less for my books and I get paid in the same month I sell a book (vs. 60 days with retailers). All sales are processed through Stripe with bank-level security and encryption. You can even save your details (just like on Amazon and other retailers) for future purchases. Readers download the books with ease to any reading device through Bookfunnel.
In addition to processing sales using Stripe, I maintain a secure URL on my website through Let’s Encrypt. This helps protect all information on my website.
